This lovely Victorian end terrace needed modernising as the existing galley kitchen was very limiting for the owners and lacking in natural light. They wanted to retain the character of the property and create a modern living space for their growing family. 

I formulated a plan to create the space they required, whilst retaining the location of the ground floor family bathroom.

This completely transformed the ground floor, creating a light and spacious open plan kitchen and family room, with double doors opening directly onto the garden.  This enabled the owners to combine contemporary living, whilst enjoying the period features that initially drew them to the property.
